Refund policy
At Life Rise, we are committed to your health transformation. Because our services involve personalized professional time, digital resources, and custom-tailored programs, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our experts.
1. Consultation & Coaching Session Cancellations

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a 1-on-1 consultation or coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

Cancellations: If you cancel a session more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
2. Program Cancellations (Transformation Programs)
For our specialized programs (e.g., Young After 40, Weight Management Packages):

Pre-Onboarding: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription before your initial doctor consultation or before receiving your personalized nutrition/fitness plan.

Post-Onboarding: Once you have completed your initial consultation or gained access to our proprietary digital plans and coaching materials, we generally do not offer refunds due to the personalized nature of the service.

Exceptional Circumstances: If you are unable to continue the program due to a medical emergency or a verified medical condition that prohibits you from following the plan, please contact us. We may offer a pro-rated credit or a partial refund at our sole discretion.
3. Subscription & Digital Access

Renewal Cancellations: For recurring subscription plans, you can cancel your next renewal at any time through your account settings. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

Unused Days: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle once the period has started.
4. Refund Processing

Approval: Once a refund request is approved, it will be initiated immediately.

Timeline: The amount will typically reflect in your original source of payment within 5โ7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation via Email/SMS once the refund reference ID is generated.
